4. Shipping
- Nationwide delivery is available across Pakistan at a flat rate of Rs. 300.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 2–6 business days, depending on location.
- Lokvirsa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

- Exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect products reported within 3 days of delivery.
- No refunds are offered; however, store credit or exchange will be provided for valid claims.
