1. Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong item, color, or fabric.
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note that returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color variation (minor shade differences may occur due to lighting), or fabric texture preference.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched (if applicable).
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
3. Exchange Process
- Contact our support team at 0321-8880728 or lokvirsaboski@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Share pictures of the product and details of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the parcel via courier.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll send your replacement product.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers.
- Customized or stitched fabrics.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
5. Shipping Costs for Exchange
- In case of wrong or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other valid exchanges, the customer will bear the courier charges (both ways).
6. Refunds
Currently, Lokvirsa does not offer cash refunds.
Only product exchanges or store credits will be provided in eligible cases.
